Conflict Minerals Policy
Pinrex shall take social and environmental protection responsibilities, and devote to investigate the source of metal of our suppliers of Tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and gold (Au), also known as the 3T's and gold (3TG), to ensure that those metals do not mine from the D.R. Congo and its neighboring nations as well as armed conflict areas.
Pinrex’s commitments
1. Perform the social and environmental protection responsibilities.
2. Ensure we don’t use “Conflict Minerals” from the “conflict mining areas” in our products.
3. We demand our suppliers to convey these to its Upstream suppliers.
